Our Pet Health Check and Insurance Checkup are designed with privacy in mind. No email address or account is required to use them.

One exception worth knowing about: when you request an AI Pet Health Check, the answers you enter (your pet's age, breed, and the concerns you describe) are sent through our server to Anthropic, the AI provider whose model generates your plan, so the plan can be written. You should not include your own personal details in the free-text box.

We use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate site traffic. It is our only analytics tool. It does not use cookies or track you across sites.

If you choose to subscribe to updates or contact us, we'll only use your information for the purpose you requested and will never sell or share your personal information.
